eweb ("we", "us", "our") operates the eweb platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Email address, username, subscription plan
- Usage Data: Sites created, API credits used, scan history
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, access logs
- Business Data: Third-party business information collected via Google Maps (name, phone, address) — used solely to generate websites
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve our services
- To process subscriptions and payments
- To send important service notifications (not marketing without consent)
- To ensure platform security and prevent abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform:
- Railway — cloud hosting
- Netlify — website deployment
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email
- Anthropic — AI content generation (Claude API)
- Google — Maps/Places API for business data
- Green API — WhatsApp delivery
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
- Account data: Until deletion + 1 year (legal obligations)
- Payment records: 10 years (tax law)
- Access logs: 90 days
- Business scan data: Anonymized after 12 months

We use only essential and functional cookies — no advertising or tracking cookies:
- eweb_session — session management (required)
- eweb_theme — theme preference (functional)
- eweb_lang — language preference (functional)

eweb ("biz") eweb platformunu işletmektedir. Bu politika, kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığımızı, kullandığımızı ve koruduğumuzu açıklar.
1. Topladığımız Bilgiler
- Hesap Verileri: E-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı, abonelik planı
- Kullanım Verileri: Üretilen site sayısı, harcanan API kredisi, tarama geçmişi
- Teknik Veriler: IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, erişim logları
- İşletme Verileri: Google Maps aracılığıyla toplanan üçüncü taraf işletme bilgileri (ad, telefon, adres) — yalnızca web sitesi üretimi amacıyla kullanılır

- Hizmetlerin sunumu ve geliştirilmesi
- Abonelik ve ödeme işlemlerinin yürütülmesi
- Önemli hizmet bildirimlerinin gönderilmesi (onay olmadan pazarlama yapılmaz)
- Platform güvenliğinin sağlanması ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi
- Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi
3. Veri Paylaşımı
Veriler yalnızca platformun işletilmesi için gerekli hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılmaktadır — üçüncü taraflara satılmamaktadır.

Yalnızca zorunlu ve işlevsel çerezler: eweb_session (oturum), eweb_theme (tema), eweb_lang (dil). Reklam çerezi kullanılmaz.
